From the Ketubah signing to their first dance under the stars in Hotel Emma’s courtyard, Damon & Jonathan’s day was full of heart.
D + J chose to walk together for the processional –cue all the feels!– and embraced their Jewish traditions with their ceremony taking place under a chuppah, symbolizing the couple’s shared home. Damon and Jonathan highlighted each other’s importance during the Hakafot by circling one another, showing that they are both the center of each other’s world. The kiddushin and Sheva Brachot were included, and the ceremony concluded with breaking of the glass, symbolizing the fragility of their relationship.
After the ceremony and cocktail hour, guests walked into the courtyard which transformed for dinner with family-style tables draped in greenery garlands, glowing lanterns, and personalized touches that made the whole space feel like pure magic. Forever Wedding Services served as an expert day of coordinator, ensuring the guests & couple could remain fully present! ✨
Once the sun set, Damon & Jonathan took to the dance floor to ‘The Way You Look Tonight’ and then shared a sweet dance with their moms. After cutting their cake, guests indulge in desserts before taking home a few of the couple’s favorite extra treats. Truly a perfect end to a perfect day🥂
