Hannah & Daniel’s wedding day was a breathtaking outdoor garden celebration where natural beauty took center stage at San Antonio’s historic venue, The Argyle. The couple exchanged vows in front of a spectacular floral chuppah featuring beautiful roses in shades of light yellows and pinks and then the party moved to a softly draped candlelit tent, creating so many ethereal moments captured beautifully by Matthew Alvarado.
When Hannah and Daniel envisioned their perfect day, they dreamed of highlighting nature’s inherent beauty. What they received was nothing short of magical, thanks to the extraordinary production expertise of All In The Details Events, who transformed The Argyle into an elegant garden affair that left guests speechless. This wedding was a true team effort by the ladies at AITD with Melissa leading planning, Sarah leading design & Brandy leading the build of installations like the beautiful custom bars and art gallery-inspired seating chart.
“Our vision for our wedding hinged on highlighting the beauty of natural elements — the color palette was not really the classic two wedding colors, but more so what color florals can we pull together to shine on an otherwise neutral background,” Hannah shared.
Blume Haus Events created the stunning floral elements that defined the celebration, from the beautiful chuppah to the showstopping floral chandeliers overhead and the whimsical greenery-adorned “tentrance.”
Hannah’s thoughtful personal touches added whimsical charm to their wedding day. Inspired by a secret garden vibe, Hannah selected a unique woodland animal brooch for each bridesmaid to wear on her dress & the groomsmen wore boutonnières with wild, spiked florals. She also surprised Dan with a meaningful tribute to his 5 years served in the United States Marine Corps by having her seamstress sew his camouflaged uniform nametag on the inside of her gown’s skirt.
Speaking of the bride’s fashion, she donned a gorgeous strapless gown by Reem Acra from the collection at Julian Gold Bridal. Hannah and her bridesmaids absolutely glowed with hair and makeup looks by Veil Artistry.
The celebration featured stylish cocktail lounges from A Styled Collection, where guests relaxed between dancing moments. Illusions Rentals & Designs and Bright Event Rentals provided the furnishings that perfectly complemented the sophisticated natural aesthetic throughout the venue. Additional rentals by Cru Rentals & DPC Events adorned the space, as well as a showstopping custom dance floor by Laced Vinyl Shoppe.
Memories were captured throughout the evening with MBP Photo Booth, giving guests a fun keepsake to remember the celebration.
The Girl General added their creative touch through stunning invitations, signage, and delightful welcome bags featuring the couple’s cat Luna wearing a flower crown, alongside custom bandanas printed with the same design as their invitations.
As a thoughtful keepsake for their guests, Hannah and Daniel offered beautiful custom luggage tags with personalized calligraphy created on-site by Callirosa, a meaningful nod to Dan’s travel-filled upbringing.
Reflecting on her wedding, Hannah shared a quick word of advice for other engaged couples: “Initially, you will have many big ideas for your wedding, either from attending other weddings or just getting ideas from the internet, and we found that having a discerning eye was critical. We were extremely lucky to have such involved and knowledgeable planners in Melissa and Sarah, who understood how many moving parts go into even the simplest of weddings. Stick to what feels important to you, your family, your fiancé, their family, and hire planners who keep you from diverting too far from that path.”
