What an absolutely magical celebration we had for the release of our very first San Antonio Book of Weddings! San Antonio’s most talented wedding professionals came together to create an unforgettable evening that perfectly showcased the artistry and creativity that make our wedding community so special. From the moment guests arrived, it was clear this wasn’t just a party – it was a true celebration of the craft, collaboration, and passion that drives San Antonio weddings.
Stable Hall was truly the perfect setting for our Western Luxe-themed evening, and we are still in awe of the iconic space and the unique setting this venue has to offer. Scarlet Rose Events worked their planning expertise to create a night this industry will surely never forget. They spared no detail and brought every moving part together seamlessly! Scarlet Rose Collective crafted incredible custom details, including a show-stopping dance floor that became the evening’s centerpiece. Their design vision was so strong that it transformed the entire space into something truly spectacular.
The design collaboration came to life through such an amazing team. Bright Event Rentals provided all the perfect glassware and tableware that guests enjoyed throughout the evening, while BBJ La Tavola contributed their stunning linens that elevated everything from dining tables to cocktail tables, and brought the whole space together!
The lounge areas created ideal spaces for connection and relaxation. A Styled Collection designed an inviting outdoor lounge space, while Loot Rentals provided comfortable lounge areas around the main stage where guests could unwind. Drape Masters created thoughtful draping moments throughout the space, from the main area to the bar sections, adding romance and that extra touch to every corner.
Petále Haus showcased incredible artistry with their floral designs, guests couldn’t help but stop mid-conversation to admire every single arrangement. We are still dreaming of these breathtaking florals!
The culinary experience was nothing short of extraordinary. Pullman Market delivered an impressive spread that showcased their catering expertise. Each of their restaurant concepts was represented, featuring everything from a ceviche bar to fresh pulled mozzarella, with late-night snacks that kept the energy going all evening long. Bartenders 4 You kept the cocktails flowing perfectly throughout the night, featuring specialty drinks like a spicy margarita and tasteful bourbon & coke options! Reunion Coffee Cart closed out the evening with the perfect pick-me-up; their delicious lattes were a true star of the evening!
What made this event truly special were the unique interactive experiences scattered throughout the venue. Vogue Vignette created live sketches that captured the guests’ chic attire in real-time, while Happily Ever Inked offered real tattoo experiences that had guests eagerly lined up to choose from one of their custom designs! Amanda Reid Designs provided live calligraphy on leather keychains and luggage tags, creating the perfect personalized keepsake. Veil Artistry had everyone glowing with their body shimmer bar that became an instant hit, and provided stunning Hair & Makeup for the Wed Society team (that truly had us feeling like the most confident versions of ourselves!).
The photo opportunities were endless, MBP Photo Booth set up three distinct photo experiences: a retro enclosed booth, a spotlight booth, and a beautiful portrait studio, ensuring every moment could be captured in style! Full Spectrum Ice Sculptures provided the showstopper of the evening with a large-scale horseshoe that became a backdrop favorite, plus stunning cocktail luge sculptures that completely elevated the entry and the bar experience!
Gaines Entertainment delivered the vibes with live mixing from the coolest roaming mobile DJ setup we’ve ever seen! While live music from Gunpowder Soup’s talented trio provided the perfect soundtrack for the night. Their band had guests on the dance floor celebrating to all of the best cover hits!
Behind the scenes, several vendors contributed to the evening. Big Little Lines created the gorgeous invitations that set the tone for the celebration, showcasing their beautiful design work. Every moment was captured by Brittney Welch Photography, whose stunning images highlighted both the celebratory moments and incredible details of the evening. Bell Videography crafted a highlight film featuring our cover couple, which played after the big reveal, allowing us all to see the special details and the talented vendor team that brought their day to life!
This celebration was more than just a magazine release – it was a testament to the incredible talent and collaborative spirit that make San Antonio’s wedding community truly exceptional.
