The magic all started with All In The Details Events, where Brandy delivered an elevated design experience by taking the custom fabric from the bridesmaids’ dresses and recreating that exact pattern for the signage, the bar design, invitations, and more. The level of heart and dedication that went into bringing Madison’s vision to life shows exactly why this team is so passionate about what they do. Talk about going the extra mile! “The real MVP of the day was our wedding planner, Brandy,” Madison shared. “She worked with my mom and I for many months leading up to the big day and she truly helped my vision come to life.”

And can we talk about the florals? Evember Floral created the most stunning white floral installations that were exactly what the bride dreamed of. “I really wanted the florals to be the statement piece in the design of the ceremony and reception.” Madison explained. And wow, did they deliver – cascading white roses, hydrangeas, and greenery transformed both the rooftop ceremony and elegant reception space. The ceremony arch was a dream with lush blooms, while the reception featured trailing greenery and florals that made guests feel like they were dining in a Parisian garden.

Madison’s inspiration from her time living in Paris while dating Leighton was woven throughout the entire celebration, creating this effortlessly elegant European aesthetic. On This Day captured every heartfelt moment and beautiful detail behind the scenes, bringing to life everything that made their wedding day uniquely theirs. The content creation highlighted each stunning design element, perfectly reflecting what made this celebration so special—and it’s such a great reminder of how valuable it is to have someone capturing those candid, in between moments too.

The couple made the brilliant decision to skip the traditional head table and instead chose a large circular bar from DPC Events as their reception focal point! BBJ La Tavola provided gorgeous linens that complemented the sophisticated palette perfectly, while Bright Event Rentals delivered crystal glassware that added a sleek finishing detail..

One of the most sentimental touches? Madison wrapped each bridesmaid bouquet in scraps of fabric from the bridesmaid dresses she wore to each of their weddings. “This was such a sentimental touch, and I loved that my girls got to carry a little bit of their love story while I got to live out mine,” she shared.

The couple’s favorite moment was their private rooftop dinner during cocktail hour, giving them precious alone time before joining the reception celebration. Guests were surprised with macarons at each place setting—a sweet touch from Madison, a classically trained pastry chef who now runs Bakery Bleu in San Antonio.
