There’s a certain kind of wedding that stops you in your tracks, the kind where every single detail tells you exactly who these two people are. Keely and Christian’s celebration at Eagle Dancer Ranch in Boerne was that wedding. Their vision? Bring Ralph Lauren to the Texas Hill Country. Chic, elevated, and unmistakably Texan.
All In The Details Events made that vision a reality from the ground up, handling every aspect of the planning and design, coordinating the full vendor team, and bringing all the moving pieces together seamlessly on the day itself. Melissa and Brandy brought so much care and intention to every detail, and it showed.
One of our favorite touches was the seating chart, a true collaboration between The Girl General and All In The Details Events. Juliana of The Girl General hand embroidered each guest’s initials onto individual paisley bandanas and hand stamped every tie, while Brandy built the custom frames and thoughtfully loaded the display. And here’s the detail that really gets us, the bandanas were color-coded by meal selection, so every guest’s keepsake was entirely their own. That’s the kind of layered, thoughtful design that you just don’t forget.
The couple’s signature cattle brand made its way onto everything throughout the day, weaving their Texas pride into each design element. The Girl General set the tone from the very first impression with a striking black invitation suite — sleek, and monogrammed. That same cohesive identity carried through to menus, a neon sign, bar signage, and branded merch. And to showcase it all, All In The Details Events the seating chart Brandy designed turned merch stand, stacked with branded hats and tees from The Girl General. It looked like something straight out of a Ralph Lauren flagship, we are absolutely obsessed with it!
Illusions Rentals & Designs set the stage beautifully with ceremony chairs, a DJ facade, and glassware that elevated the aesthetic. The outdoor ceremony space was nothing short of breathtaking, lush floral pillars by Bloom and Stem overflowing with blush roses, burgundy amaranthus, and trailing greenery framed the altar, while a soft carpet of white blooms lined the aisle beneath string lights and open Hill Country skies.
During cocktail hour, a mariachi band honored the groom’s Mexican heritage and their shared Texas roots, filling the ranch with music that felt like home. Bartenders 4 You kept the drinks flowing beautifully, serving up dirty martinis and Mexican martinis that felt right at home at a Texas black tie affair.
Luxe Tabletop brought in the linens, bars, and reception chairs that carried that refined western feel seamlessly into the evening. The reception tables were absolutely stunning, layers of candlelight in varying heights glowed against textured ivory linens, with chocolate brown menus by The Girl General at every place setting. Pure candlelit romance.
Rosemary’s Catering brought their signature elevated catering experience and kept guests well fed throughout the evening. MBP Photo Booth rounded out the guest experience with plenty of fun in between dances.
The wedding cake by Cakes by Cathy Young was a showstopper in its own right, a classic three-tiered white cake with intricate piped detailing that felt timeless against the rustic barn backdrop.
As for Keely’s favorite moment? “My favorite moment of my wedding day was seeing my husband at the end of the aisle. It was all of my prayers answered in one moment.” We’ll forever be swooning over that.
