✨ Vows that Wow Special Feature: Each month, our editors review dozens of San Antonio weddings and select the best of the best to feature as our Vows that Wow. ✨

Beatrice and Steven wed on a beautiful March day, celebrating with their closest friends and family at The Witte Museum – with a color palette & design aesthetic that did not disappoint!

The couple did not shy away from bold and bright colors and were so excited to see all the magical details come to life on their wedding day, all planned and executed by Scarlet Rose Events. Their signage was also designed by their sister company, Scarlet Rose Collective, and Bright Event Rentals brought in the tables, bar backs, linens, stage & dance floor for guests to party all night.

There were a few personal touches from their wedding day that we absolutely adore:
✨ Beatrice and her mother used their vast collection of vintage silver Champagne buckets to showcase table assignments and doubled as a special homage to the brides career in wine distribution.
✨ Priscilla, the large decorative bird, was a family friends who had her at their wedding and was one of the most talked about elements from the wedding – but most guests did not realize that it mimicked the bird from the Straus family crest that they used on their wedding invitations.
✨ And speaking of invitations… their statement bar facade was the same custom watercolor design from their invite envelopes, all designed by the brides best friend.

The only thing we love more than Beatrice & Steven’s wedding? Their adorable love story! The couple told us: “We met at a friend’s dinner party, where the most delicious pairings happen! I mean, where else?! Beatrice brought a bottle of organic Sicilian white wine and Steven cranked out homemade venison ravioli with his new puppy Tootsie at his heels. We reminisced about how we knew each other growing up- both of our childhood best friends were siblings! Beatrice had just moved back home & Steven said he worked a lot so we figured we would never see each other again. Flash forward a month, we run into each other at a random bar that neither of us had been to & both of us had been somewhat ‘dragged’ to. We got to talkin’ & the rest was history!”
