When your wedding venue, your ceremony church, and your city all share the same namesake saint, you don’t fight the symbolism, you lean all the way in. Victoria and Daniel celebrated at The St. Anthony Hotel, said their vows at St. Anthony de Padua Catholic Church (the church Danny grew up attending), and did it all in the city of San Antonio. Coincidence? They took it as a sign, and honestly, we totally get it.
The design story started with a custom invitation suite by The Girl General that featured the exact blooms from the bridal bouquets. It’s that kind of cohesive, intentional detail that sets a wedding apart before guests even arrive. With Sweet Laurel Events guiding the vision from start to finish, every piece of the puzzle fell seamlessly into place, including the seating chart by Scarlet Rose Collective that carried the floral thread all the way through, creating one seamless visual story from the mailbox to the reception tables.
And those tables? We are forever obsessed. Evember delivered something truly special with a color palette of bright pinks, lime green, and white that popped dramatically against the bridesmaids’ powder blue gowns. The centerpieces featured overflowing white orchids — lush, elegant, and completely showstopping in The St. Anthony Hotel‘s stunning ballroom.
Cocktail hour set a festive, San Antonio-proud tone with Mariachi Los Galleros serenading guests with their classic sound! The couple’s signature espresso martini with tequila reposado flowed freely, and a monogrammed ice luge courtesy of Signature Ice Sculptures was the cherry on top. Cocktail stirrers featuring the couple’s dogs, Sage and Clyde, had guests smiling all night. Victoria shared that marrying her best friend while celebrating with their closest family and friends was the absolute highlight of the day, and it showed.
Veil Artistry kept Victoria and her girls looking radiant from morning prep in the suite through last call. The night ended the way every great San Antonio party should: with honey butter chicken biscuits, a spontaneous “Pink Pony Club” singalong on stage, and a second line exit into the warm Texas night.
