When you’re looking for the perfect wedding locale, sometimes it’s literally in your backyard! Kayla and Troy turned his dad & stepmom’s home into the dreamiest backyard venue, with The Perfect Day bringing their vision to life (fun fact: they planned Troy’s brother’s wedding last year too!).
The morning started with everyone anxiously watching the weather, but with Bright Event Rentals‘ gorgeous pole tent set up – cream fabric draped between wooden poles – the celebration was going to be magical rain or shine.
And those clouds? They parted just in time for the “I do’s” in front of the most beautiful floral arch! A family friend from Bramble & Bloom Floral traveled all the way from Colorado to create the stunning florals for the wedding, weaving soft pinks and corals with touches of powder blue into an organic masterpiece that had everyone swooning.
We’re obsessed with how the whole neighborhood got into the wedding spirit! While there wasn’t enough room on the guest list for all of the neighbors, they showed up with their golf carts to shuttle guests from the street when parking got tight. It’s these sweet moments that make home weddings extra special.
Once the sun went down, the wedding party got a little wild! There was pole dancing (yes, really!), keg stands, and even a cigar roller keeping the good vibes flowing. And just when we thought the night couldn’t get any better, friends and family scooped up the newlyweds and tossed them into the pool! Now that’s how you end a wedding night! 🤍
