There’s nothing quite like gathering San Antonio’s wedding pros in one beautiful space, and our 2026 Connect Event at the brand new Rancher Hall inside the Hyatt Regency Hill Country Resort & Villas delivered on every level, from stunning design details to meaningful connections that remind us why we love this community so much.

From the moment guests arrived, it was clear The Perfect Day had truly outdone themselves, their vision was beautifully executed as they brought the entire day together seamlessly, transforming Rancher Hall into an elevated ski chalet retreat that felt both luxurious and inviting, with every detail thoughtfully curated to create that cozy-yet-polished winter atmosphere. Hyatt Regency Hill Country Resort & Villas crafted the catering and bartending that kept everyone raving about the flavors all morning long. I mean, did you try the crème brûlée? We are still thinking about it 🤤

Open Road Florals brought their signature whimsical, organic style to life with installations that felt perfectly suited for the winter season, think earthy textures, unique blooms, and arrangements that looked like they’d been gathered straight from a Hill Country meadow in the most beautiful way possible. Speaking of showstoppers, Full Spectrum Ice Sculptures created an incredible ice sculpture on the bar, because who doesn’t love a little sparkle and artistry?

The stage setup was nothing short of genius, thanks to Backstory Backdrops who designed a custom stage backdrop and a creative keychain seating chart display that had everyone taking notes. Drape Masters added their signature touch with elegant draping that softened the space beautifully, while Cat Haus Collective brought specialty pieces and lounge furniture that made every corner Instagram-worthy. Loot Rentals contributed the stage lounge furniture, Bright Event Rentals provided their signature circular bar, chair rentals, and outdoor lounge setups, while Reverie Social topped everything off with gorgeous patterned linens that tied the whole aesthetic together.

The Girl General created stunning custom signage throughout the venue, adding that elevated touch that makes every detail feel intentional. The morning wouldn’t have been complete without Wildflower Coffee TX serving up specialty coffee drinks that fueled all the networking conversations, and MBP Photo Booth making sure everyone captured the fun memories together with their photo booth and adorable cutout keychains..

DJ Stash kept the energy flowing as both DJ and emcee, seamlessly guiding the event from mingling to the main program. Our panelists – Esther Makau Photography, Peak Beverage, and Cat Haus Collective, led an incredibly valuable discussion that had everyone engaged. The insights they shared about upcoming wedding trends, client communication, and collaboration were absolute gold for vendors looking to level up their business.

One of the attendees’ favorite touches? Windflower Spa offered chair massages throughout the morning, talk about going the extra mile to make everyone feel pampered! And Content by Jenni captured behind-the-scenes moments and showcased vendors’ work throughout the event, giving everyone that perfect content they can share with their own audiences.

Jona Christina Photography documented every beautiful moment, from the detailed design elements to the candid connections happening throughout the room. Their images perfectly captured the collaborative spirit that makes the San Antonio wedding community so special.

The best part of events like these? Watching vendors who might typically be focused on their own work take time to celebrate each other, exchange ideas, and build relationships that will ultimately create better experiences for our couples. This is what it’s all about, elevating the entire industry together while having an absolute blast doing it!

To every sponsor, panelist, and attendee who made this event unforgettable: thank you for showing up, showing out, and showing why San Antonio’s wedding scene continues to be one of the best. Here’s to more collaboration, creativity, and connection in 2026! ✨
