Miel De Leon Coffee is a San Antonio mobile espresso bar and coffee catering company that brings handcrafted, café-quality drinks to weddings, rehearsal dinners, bridal showers and celebrations across South Texas. Founder Matthew Torres and co-founder Sinead Torres pull specialty-grade espresso to order and pair it with house-made syrups like honey vanilla, honey cinnamon and brown sugar vanilla bean. That's a fitting signature, since "miel" means honey.
A wedding coffee bar can be a warm welcome at a morning ceremony, a cozy moment during cocktail hour, or the late-night espresso break that keeps the dance floor full. Every experience includes a professional barista, espresso, cappuccinos, four signature lattes served hot or iced, matcha and oat milk, with setup and breakdown handled for you. Couples can add a latte art printer that puts their monogram or photo right on the foam, custom cups and sleeves, signature drinks named for the two of them, espresso cocktails or a draft nitro cold brew bar.
The team coordinates power and logistics directly with your venue and planner, so all you have to do is enjoy your first sip.
