Anne-Marie and Austin gave her a lot to work with. Bagpipes playing the couple in, a needlepointed bar menu and chair banners hand-stitched by Anne-Marie’s mom, florals arranged low on the ground between tables so there was room for family-style plates from their favorite restaurant in town, and the kind of people and place that make a photographer’s job feel less like work and more like storytelling.
